Say goodbye to pizza and doughnuts because this diet calls for avoidance of carbohydrates in your diet. But it does encourage you to embrace fats preferably the healthy kind of course. By depriving the body of carbs, it will now turn to burning stored fats to support daily activities. Thus, resulting to the removal or excess fat and weight loss. A low carb – high fat meal typically includes beef, poultry, fish, eggs, leafy greens, butter, avocado, and other sources of healthy fats.
