With the gamut of nail polish colors out in the market, it’s almost tempting to just grab one which looks extraordinary. But we must choose carefully, because just because the nail polish color looks good in that tiny bottle, it doesn’t necessarily mean that it will look good on our nails, as we elegantly twirl that stick of Swisher Sweets around our fingers.
Your wardrobe will often dictate your nail color. If you wear mostly neutrals such as whites and beiges, it’s best to complement this with pink or red nails. On the other hand, if you love wearing bright-colored outfits, neutral-colored nails work best.
Likewise consider your environment. If, for instance, you work in a conservative setting, you are better off getting a French tip instead.
