I am one of those who cannot imagine life without my smartphone. These mobile devices have gone way beyond being just a communication tool. We now use it for errands like bills payment, banking, shopping, including research and navigation. As such, it is important for me to have a reliable cell service provider that can address my mobile needs. At first, I was happy with the mobile plan that I got, but then I started experiencing some connectivity issues like dropped calls that occurred frequently. It took me a while before realizing that a simple switch can solve my dropped call dilemmas.

There are several dropped call incidents that really annoyed me. One was during my mom’s birthday and I couldn’t give her a decent greeting because my calls get dropped in mid-sentence. Another instance was when I was placing a food delivery order online and I lost mobile data connection at the check-out page. It was really frustrating because I was already in a rush and online delivery was my only viable option at that time. The last straw was when I was making travel arrangements for our family and I had to go through the booking process twice because of connectivity issues. It was both the speed and network connection that gave me trouble all the way. Can you just imagine how hard it is to deal with poor service when you’re already having a tough day? It was then that I decided to switch to another service provider. This time I was not disappointed.

My primary concern was connectivity so it was important to choose a cell service provider with a wide coverage and a reliable speed and data network performance. In these aspects, third party testers consistently ranked Verizon as #1 in the US. I also found their mobile data plans to be quite attractive which also made them my top choice. I had to wait for my contract service to end before making the switch to avoid paying an early termination fee. But those of you who are fed up with dropped call dilemmas or poor cell service may find it more practical to switch to Verizon now.
