Revlon Moonlit Jewels Cream Eye Make up Review

It’s the first time I have tried cream eye shadows and Moonlit Jewels cream eye shadow from Revlon is the very first one that I bought.

When I applied it to my eyelids, I was totally impressed by the beauty of the colors; they very pigmented and kind of metallic, provided full coverage, and went on very easy. To my surprise, they were also very blend-able and light on my eyelids. But the problem is they never, ever dry. After a while it started to crease. I wore a look with Moonlit Jewels once and was very happy with it excited because it looked really nice but once I was in front of a mirror I was horrified by the creasing that I saw. Wearing these eye shadows is easy, if you don’t mind touching up every hour ! I do mind. I have a very active baby and putting make up is already a  luxury for me. I don’t have the time nor the patience to touch up every hour. These doesn’t go well by themselves, which is a pity really because they are really nice.

You can best use this as eyeshadow base! When you put a powder eyeshadow over them, it will set the cream and will no longer be oily. They work better than a primer and truly bring out the best of your powder eyeshadow; it makes any glitter or shimmer in your eyeshadow stick, and makes them last a very long time on your lids.
