Mechanical exfoliation, with a heel rubbing abrasive surface is pretty quick and easy. Cutting the dead skin with a sharp object – knife, knife, scissors, etc.. is extremely risky. Although an appeals procedure which not try at home because you can easily hurt.

Another type is the chemical peel. One solution is to dip your toes for 10 minutes in lemon juice, every night for a week. Lemon juice is acid and removes dead skin, but if you have deep cracks, it is not a useful technique because it is quite painful.

After exfoliating, follow intense hydration. Before bedtime, apply a cream on heels. Repeating this treatment for several nights, you will see soon enough beneficial effects.

If you want to use a 100% natural treatment, you can do at home alone, dry skin apply a mixture of glycerin and rose water. Also, butter or margarine are fats with immediate softening effect on skin.
