Glass Handbag Review : Glass Jewel Patent Satchel: A Functional Glistening Gem of A Bag

Have you ever been in a rush to get something out of your bag but took forever to fish it out of the dark abyss?   Isn’t it exasperating to blindly grope inside your bag trying to find your car keys or whatnots inside your handbag?

I was kind of star bag struck when I saw this bag up close! It is so preeeetty! This photo doesn’t do it justice! I am in love and I”ll tell you this, I have never been in love to a bag before! It’s so beautiful I don’t think I would use this all the time. I would only use this during special occasions and events.

As with all Glass Handbags, the Jewel Patent Satchel has a light that turns on and off when the bag is opened and closed. Aside from the trademark integrated light system, this bag has three inside pockets that are just perfect for mobile phones and credit cards.  At 11 x 11.5 x 4 inches, it is small enough not to steal the limelight but just perfectly accentuate my outfit and big enough to hold my makeup, keys, phone and a few other essentials. It also has one outside zip pocket that can conveniently store  Ids or handkerchiefs.

The Jewel Patent Satchel is made from Italian patent leather and accented with rich gold polished metal giving it a luxurious finish.  It has the Glass Handbag designer silver logo jacquard lining and comes with the trademark acrylic logo medallion that doubles as a keychain.  Its tailored structure creates a slim silhouette that elegantly matches an evening dress or mod vintage outfit.   It also comes in Iridescent Emerald Green and Iridescent Black Onyx which can match your favourite evening dress.

Retailing at $450-$500, this is definitely a high class handbag. It’s moisture resistant though so it’ll surely last for years, if I had a daughter, this is something I would pass on to her when she is bigger.  Also its functionality and luxurious design makes it a worthy investment for this fashion diva.  Now I don’t have to sacrifice function to be in vogue.
