Celine Dion who is now 42, glowing and looking very much pregnant. She’s expecting twin boys in November. There were 
reports in a French tabloid saying that Celine was rushed to the hospital because of some pregnancy complications, this is not true at all. She has never been in the hospital during this pregnancy and has even gained 15 kilos.
She’s also continuing her acupuncture treatments and is religiously taking vitamins for women and other prenatal vitamins.
